"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Michael Sartain is a shiit stain. The primary reason he has gotten laid through social circle is because he lives off of Dan Blizerian's scraps.

Having female friends is generally a waste of time.

I like Sartain's evo-psych and stat based framework, almost no one talks about this. However I'm highly skeptical of his MoA group which shares some other trends with psuedo cults. My friend is in it, and their whole strategy seems to be about making a strong IG presence and female "friends" by throwing elaborate parties and/or photoshoots. I think it can work but it's also incredibly time consuming with little payoff.

You see the podcast clip were his girl punks him on a live stream? LOL
Look it up. Priceless.
All he said was "babe"
The guy is a phony. Him and AlphaMLD fck are both phony clowns
His girl blatantly disrepected him on the Whatever podcast recently as well and all he did was give her a "oh bvtch please" look and said nothing, he looked to be in shock because it was definitely way over the top.

I'm distrustful of many of these manosphere guys. The only ones I like are Corey Wayne and Andrew Tate because they actually seem sincere. I haven't really seen Corey Wayne on podcasts though.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Sartain is most known for his "female friendship" angle, which I don't think makes a lot of sense for a lot of men. I don't have any platonic female friends. I have made it to middle age without female friends. I think it has been good that I've stayed out of the friend zone with a lot of women. At the same time, my lack of female friends has forced me into being a cold approacher because I don't receive social circle introductions.

Since moving to my current city, none of my male friends' girlfriends/wives have ever introduced me to a woman that has resulted in a first date. I'm not on bad terms with any of them but it's always been interesting to me that none of them have ever lifted a finger to attempt to get me a first date. None of them ever talked me up as a viable boyfriend to anyone they knew.

They're not true friends, even though he seems to pretend they are. He only befriends extremely attractive model types.

I think he did claim they'd do things male friends would do such as rides from the airport, but I kind of doubt that's true for most of them. What he really intends is getting used to being around highly attractive women and not being thirsty which I do think has value.

The social proof element is the biggest benefit though as well as the fact that once women who is confident but DOESN'T have thirst, sex may naturally come at some point since it'll be very low pressure.

I did try having a female "friend" last year, after already fvcking her, but stopped trying to and told her I just wanted to be friends...lo and behold it didn't work out and she got jealous and complained I wasn't intimate enough. It just seems pointless. We did have a nice shroom trip together at least.

Why put up with all their shvt and liabilities?

Theres no middle ground with me with this guy. Ive known this type since puberty. He is a fcking idiot znd im surprised Rollo cant pick up on this dude yet.
I posted a video on him recently. Watch this dude when other people are talking.
Hes on something.
Rollo can be happy that he has Michael on his side. Rollo can not talk. Listening to him hurts.

Most of these so called experts are. A lot of them seem like incels with podcasts and books. These guys at least look somewhat normal but some of them are so ugly and at times fat that I'm sure they are incapable of what they preach.
