"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I went out on a date (casual dating) and this girl briefly mentions a guy she had dated that had just called her as we got in the car and she goes on talking for a couple minutes, she said he also contacted her through email and that he was one of those guys that slept around.

The way I handled the situation was I acted uninterested and looked out the window. I really didn't want to hear her talk about the past. But it wasn't like I was the open ear AFC who listened to her complain about her jerk boyfriend, no, not like that.

So my question is how should I have reacted, what should I have said? Also, to play the game, should I mention my ex's and girls I'm currently talking to?

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

You handled it fine.

If she does this again follow the same plan everytime.

If she doesn't take the hint that you don't want to hear about this crap after the second time you might as well next her for someone that won't be so disrespectful.

Perfect time to do it too since you haven't gotten very involved with her yet.

Whenever a girl that you are talking to brings up the subject of her ex-boyfriend, you've got to immediately change the subject every time she does... the last thing you want is for her to think you are a "shoulder to cry on". If you learn that she had just recently gotten out of a long-term relationship it's kind of a sticky situation... you can most likely get her to want you in terms of sex/messing around... but after a relationship that lasted that long its too soon to pressure her into a relationship, it could possibly scare her off. The best thing might be to first get her in a playful mood or at least happy (and most importantly not thinking about her ex and realizing how much fun she is having without him) then explain to her that you want her to be your girl but you don't want to rush anything... tell her that you'll move at her pace and if she wants you to back off a little and slow down all she has to do is say so and you will... then tell her that you don't like playing games and if she wants to be your girl she going to have to tell you.

Her: no
Me: ok then i think you got the hint(in a serious tone but with a ****y smile)
Her: she laughs and we talk about something else.

Change the topic really quick

HB: My Ex blah blah blah
Me: So I'm thinking of becoming a psychic

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

let the ***** talk. The more she talks the more I learn about her. I like to hear them spout on.. now.. if she starts talking about how good his hard cvck felt in her mouth and **** than you need to move on.... but don't be afraid of competition. I ean I won't spend the entire night letting her talk on... but the more you know about her, the better decision you can make on where to take it.

If she tells you "yeah, I met him, and things were so magical at first, the first night, on our first date, we made love....."

that tells you that anything less than her fvcking your brains out tonight she needs to go. obviously she puts out on the first date... if she doesn't like you enough to put out in the first date....
