Mental question

Well I have been DJ'ing for about a year now , but theres one thing I find really hard to do... I can easily approach girls I don't know from other places and stuff, but I find it hard to approch the girls I do know and the girls who go to my school.

For some reason I think will they think it's weird that all the sudden I am flirting with with them using my DJ'ing skills.

Does anyone know any technique and ways to get rid of that weird voice that comes to me when I am about to do it or doing it ?
