Bryce....if your looking for muscle, you won't find out how to get it from a 130 lb weakling like him. Muscle comes in strength, weight, and doing big movements like the incline bench, squat, and deadlift....and of course eating a extreme amount of food. I'm not giving you an advance way of gaining, i am giving you the correct way.
The guy is a tool, and is gay for posting that ridiculous video. I wanted to shoot myself ten seconds into it before i hit the x. I think you should look here and ironaddicts for advice, not there. Unless your happy benching 45 lbs and looking like pre-teen.
