I think science would disagree with the article. Working out hitting the gym increases testosterone. Any idiot knows increases testosterone increases sex drive.

I would take personal experience over science any day. I almost always have to beat one off the next day after a heavy squat day.

It's only real if you "overtrain". "overtraining" is very hard to do unless you don't eat enough and get enough rest. For 98% of others, working out increases testosterone, increases endorphins and increases sex drive.

It's the way to maximize your physical mind and body, which results in your physical self being more optimized which leads to better sex.

I've read thousands of studies, there are many problems with this article and this claim:
- Where is the study? there was no link in the article
-They (probably) had no control group, so they can't really tell if it has anything to do with the exercise.
-Its probably not randomized, meaning, they probably picked certain people at certain area they wanted to ask.
-There might be a conflict of interest. (e.g if Mcdondals hypothetically sponsored this study)

Also, some "researchers" are trying to make controversial claims, because they are under pressure by the university.

Over training is quite easy to do. Unless you have an athletic trainer and practice impeccable recovery treatments, you should not be working out more than three times of week with intensity.

Nonsense. I train 5x a week with a bi-monthly deload and ive never overtrained in my life.

As for the article, even more nonsense. Probably comes from the same minds that bought you "women prefer the dad bod"

It's as everybody said. Only if you overtrain and have no energy to do anything else . Still if you have enough sleep and good nutrition, it's impossible to get overtrained .

It's just ridiculous how all these liberals try to manipulate the world.

I call bullsh*t because I have a friend who is a Crossfit instructor and that guy gets laid by a new woman every week. Most famous athletes train in the gym all the time and they get more ass than a toilet seat.

Its just nerds trying to emasculate guys who can kick their ass any day of the week. Working out feels good by the way. I hit the gym almost every day.

The article is full of bs.....you can see the obvious bias she has when you make memes of guys working out.

But not only that, in this day and age journalism is at its worse with biases, fact checking and underlying motives. It's so low that ALMOST ANYONE CAN WRITE AN ARTICLE/BLOG.... Anyone can write an article/blog (a lot of them are not even journalists, they're considered "freelance/independent contributors" to a site who get paid for click bait or write for free) and say some crazy nonsense that's false....
