"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I think science would disagree with the article. Working out hitting the gym increases testosterone. Any idiot knows increases testosterone increases sex drive.

I would take personal experience over science any day. I almost always have to beat one off the next day after a heavy squat day.

Fake news, fake science. Getting to be a strange world out there with people twisting facts to match their own agenda.
It's only real if you "overtrain". "overtraining" is very hard to do unless you don't eat enough and get enough rest. For 98% of others, working out increases testosterone, increases endorphins and increases sex drive.

It's the way to maximize your physical mind and body, which results in your physical self being more optimized which leads to better sex.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

"The study, which asked 1,100 men in the U.S how often they thought about sex – as well as what their exercise regime is – found that men reach a ‘tipping point’ in their sex lives."

I've read thousands of studies, there are many problems with this article and this claim:
- Where is the study? there was no link in the article
-They (probably) had no control group, so they can't really tell if it has anything to do with the exercise.
-Its probably not randomized, meaning, they probably picked certain people at certain area they wanted to ask.
-There might be a conflict of interest. (e.g if Mcdondals hypothetically sponsored this study)

Also, some "researchers" are trying to make controversial claims, because they are under pressure by the university.

Over training is quite easy to do. Unless you have an athletic trainer and practice impeccable recovery treatments, you should not be working out more than three times of week with intensity.

Nonsense. I train 5x a week with a bi-monthly deload and ive never overtrained in my life.

As for the article, even more nonsense. Probably comes from the same minds that bought you "women prefer the dad bod"

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

It's as everybody said. Only if you overtrain and have no energy to do anything else . Still if you have enough sleep and good nutrition, it's impossible to get overtrained .

It's just ridiculous how all these liberals try to manipulate the world.

Correlation doesn't equal causation.

I call bullsh*t because I have a friend who is a Crossfit instructor and that guy gets laid by a new woman every week. Most famous athletes train in the gym all the time and they get more ass than a toilet seat.

Its just nerds trying to emasculate guys who can kick their ass any day of the week. Working out feels good by the way. I hit the gym almost every day.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

The article is full of bs.....you can see the obvious bias she has when you make memes of guys working out.

But not only that, in this day and age journalism is at its worse with biases, fact checking and underlying motives. It's so low that ALMOST ANYONE CAN WRITE AN ARTICLE/BLOG.... Anyone can write an article/blog (a lot of them are not even journalists, they're considered "freelance/independent contributors" to a site who get paid for click bait or write for free) and say some crazy nonsense that's false.... BUT if they have a following that believes it, then she's right in "her world." THAT'S SAD. A lot of mindless sheep out there with no ounce of individualism and self thought....

This is the woman who's making fun of men who are dedicated to working out? https://twitter.com/NeelamTailor

She would be the first to jump on your c@ck if she would see how you looked with your shirt off with
the work you do at the gym.

Where's the female counterpart analysis??? Oh wait, there is none....

If she was a "genuine" writer she would talk about the insanity in the U.S. that now
40% OF AMERICAN WOMEN ARE NOW OBESE AND HAVE TAKEN OVER THE OBESITY EPIDEMIC COMPARED TO MEN AT 35%.....THAT'S INSANE....Yet the media and women won't talk about it.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...-40-percent-now-obese/?utm_term=.d5a85e3fafc1

Bottom line:
Everyone can write anything online these days, you just have to filter out the nonsense and have
a good laugh ;)
