“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Im not sure how many people meditate, or have even considered meditation, but I've been doing it for approximately a year and it has really proven to be an essential part of my day - I'd go as far as to say my life as well.

First of all, before you reject my idea, consider this:

Doesn't improving and respecting your mind and body help you lead a truer, more fulfilling life?

Wouldn't this notion in turn dramatically increase your self-confidence?

Would this then aid your DJ'ing Skills? It sure as hell does for me.

Meditating doesn't mean you have to get rid of all your posessions, it doesn't mean you have to shave your head and find the nearest monestary. Meditation (for me) is simply purging the mind of useless thought for more clarity towards your environment and yourself. You dont have to cross your legs asian style or have a prayer wheel with you or use incense. It's really up to you.

Heres how it works personally:

Im about to meet up with a chick. She's easily an 8/10. I know that my enfatuation meter will be running high..........So I meditate before hand. Maybe 30 to 45 minutes - doing this slows down my heart rate and clears my mind. I can litterally "see" the reasons why I am enfatuated with her, I can also see and feel my own worth as a person. THE WHOLE PERSON that I am. After doing this my enfatuation goes down.... waaay down. The meditation didn't lower her self worth , it brought mine up. And thats the best part of it - Its like a natural self-taught confidence injection right into your brain. The more you practice, the more it pinpoints your insecurites and falsehoods. Then its up to you to change them. (and a Don Juan should).

You know how after a disgustingly intense physical workout your body is "keyed" up? Or maybe you've noticed that your thinking is clearer - fine tuned? Tasks become easier, less daunting, even trivial? Maybe you've noticed that after your work-out your attitude reflects that of self confidence: not nescesarily looking for a fight but knowing that you will fvck the opponent up if it comes to that?

The above feelings can be achieved through meditation. Intense Concentration on oneself.

oh yeah. And chicks can detect that aura from half-way accross the planet.

Another HUGE aspect about meditation is its ego limiting qualities. I think a true DJ doesn't use ****yness, He doesn't need to use his ego; if you know your number 1... whats the point of showing off? You don't have to look like a badass and pretend you break all the rules.... because your the one who makes them.

Il admit one thing. Acting slightly ****y (ego) does get results.(probably 90 percent of the female population responds to it) But being confident will not only feel better on your end, it will increase the quality (not the frequency) of your responses. Ego can't last in LTR - but confidence can.

Hey, meditation is just another weapon in my arsenal - I highly suggest trying it.

Oh - One more thing..... . meditation and exercise is an excellent combination. It may even be overkill for DJ'ing - do it enough times and eventually you even stop caring about trying to pickup girls in general! Use it with caution..... hehe.

Can you recomend any sites for learning that Paranoid?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Props my friend!

Meditation can be a powerful tool indeed! Step out the door right after meditation; EVERYONE makes eye contact.

I'm also curious as to what (kind of) technique you use.
I do alot of tai-chi and internal martial arts, moving energy around my body. I did the Golden Dawn's Middle Pillar excercise a while, but i didn't put enough effort into to achieve any satisfactory effects. I'll look into that whole branch later on.

But i disagree on the ****y part. ****y is, as you say, acting as though you're the badass who can break all the rules. Maybe theoretically1 all the rules can be broken, but back here on earth10 being ****y is being deluded.

That's why it's so important not to leave out FUNNY!@#!%$
It defuses the whole arrogance/ego aspect to ****y. Try it!
Remember: ****y AND Fanny! Yang Yin!

Im not sure what technique I use.....? I visited a korean buddist temple recommended by my good friend. A monk taught me how to focus on my body and foster patience, so I guess its buddism?

From then on I just modified his teachings to suit me, I suppose its a mish-mash of buddist mentality, Tai-chi, Yoga and trance meditation.

I once thought that that there was a "right" and "wrong" way to meditate. But really, its up to you. In today's new age, you could probably make up your own style and sell 400,000 hardcovers at coles about it.

If your interested in trying out meditation, try this :

1) Find the qietest possible space

2) Find a comfortable position that you can maintain ( it can be asian style cross legs, lying on your back, whatever you want.)

3) Maintain your position and simply count out 2 sets of 99 seconds, (it shoud be at the VERY LEAST 1 minute long.)

4) THE KEY PART OF THE EXCERCISE: If your like me, eventually your mind will start nagging you with the following: "this is a waste of time" or "this is stupid". If you experience this - consider it a good sign. You are confronting your mental conditioning, you are confronting the negative aspect of your mind; its uncessant wanton for controlling, dividing and creating chronological time that you shouldn't even be worrying about. Try and ignore these thoughts or plow through them.

Secondly, you may notice that after awhile - your mind is no longer objecting, but observe closely how you are counting the numbers. Are you "thinking ahead"? i.e. are you anticipating the next number? Have you already thought about the next number? If you're doing this (and you'l know) , your mind is still secretely trying to rationalize and expand time. Practice counting each number as if its the first and last number you will ever count. I knew I was successful when I couldn't remember what the last number was, or what was coming up - yet I always got the number right.

This is just one of the extremely basic introductions to meditation ...... If you can't, for some reason sit still or silence your mind long enough to do this for just a minute, you have a long way to go, but nothing to be discouraged about. Try it whenever you have "spare" time (hah! like you have to ration your OWN time or something...?). Try it again during your "normal" time. Slowly start weaving it into your day.

Thats it! Try it out. Its just 198 seconds, you could easily do it during a commercial break.

Wow, this is a great thread! Thanks for the tips guys.

As for the benefits of the Five Tibetans, they are listed on the site, but personally they have cured the following ailments.

1- Had a sore neckand back for 2 weeks and the masseuse said I had horrible tension/damage (too much computer work)

2- Had bad sinus problems

3- Was lethargic as a slug

4- Even helped my poor memory! More clear-headed now and can actually remember people's names now. Pretty useful considering how social I am.

If I wake up and don't do these exercises, I just feel OFF! There's no other way to describe it. Give it a shot, takes like 10 minutes to do these exercises. You will feel a subtle difference right away, but over time the difference becomes more dramatic

In the meantime, yall have me real inspired here. I will definitely be throwing some actual meditation into my routine!

Thanks again!

... thanks for coming up with all the tips and links. I'm sure i'll never master all paths being offered here, but i will want to know about them. It's really up to you to discover what works for you.

The Vaults of Erowid /Mind&Spirit section has a lot of info:

I practised Zen for a good while and this thread will probably motivate me to take it back up again.

Zen teaches you to breath in a certain way to stimulate spritual calmness. I'd recommend sitting on a cushion in a kneeling postion, this way you get a nice triangle support and it's not as uncomfortable as crossing the legs. Then you have to breathe steadily into your diaphram (tanden in Zen), not with your chest. If you imagine a wave like graphic and try and model your breathing to it you'll get an idea of the rythem you should be aiming to achieve, nice and steady and controlled. Once you get good at controlling you breathing and mental noise (the hardest bit!!) you start to go deeper and deeper until you get to a sort of "head buzz" kind of stage where you mind feels like it's being massaged by a vibrator and no thoughts enter your mind........ you just buzz and feel disconnected.

God knows why i havent been doing it recently. *shrugs*

Couldn't have said it better myself. You know whats really funny though? Whenever I mention meditation to my friends - they all adopt this smirk that says "flaky, weirdo" - But when I describe the benefits of meditation with words like "head buzz" and "natural high" they suddenly perk up. LoL.

It really is amazing - the more you do it, the better you will be at getting "naturally high" throughout the day.
