Treatments can be very expensive and limited and only priviledged people may have access to the best ones. The vaccines are like less than $40 per shot (government pays for it so its free) and is the most equitable solution within racially and economically stratified first world countries to deal with the virus (except if you get a bad side effect).
This is completely back to front. Repurposed drugs have been suppressed precisely because they are out of patent and so cheap to
produce. They are of no value at all to big pharma. Indeed, Merc recently denigrated the very drug that they brought to market, Ivermectin, with no evidence to back up their claims of course.
@corrector
My cursory understanding of your circumstances is that you have a mother, who is I don't know how old (obviously older than you), who is unvaccinated. I have no idea if this is actually the case, but, if it is the case, and she is going to remain unvaccinated you definitely need to access these alternatives treatments immediately. This is because early treatment is absolutely essential and, as I said, they have been suppressed and so can be difficult to get hold of. Could you please clarify this so that I can try to help if that seems the right course of action.
That is, is she in a high risk group, especially due to her:
. age
. co-morbidities (eg. obesity, diabeties etc)?
