but yeah, this is kind of embarrassing. And her daughter isn't even all that attractive. How did she get pregnant already?

I think part of the danger of having a former beauty queen as your vice president is the fact that everybody is going to try to dig up some dirt on her from her past, and one thing I know about hot (or former hot) b1tches (she was a model after all) is that in their late teens and early 20's they party their asses off with no worry about the future. A sex tape or a picture of her snorting coke/naked bound to come up... stay tuned.

This would be more relevant than her daughter. But honestly, it won't matter unless they actually have the tapes and pictures. Everyone knows Bush used drugs, drank and "womanized' in the past. And Obama admits to using drugs in the past. It's almost like we expect politicians to be shady and hypocrits and as long as the issue didn't happen very recently it gets swept under the rug. You got to give Obama credit for saying families were off limits. But you have to admit it is a little funny and hypocritical that Palin's 17 daughter is pregnant.

Yes. The real problem here is that Palin obviously did not successfully pass her values onto her kids, if their daughter is pregnant at 17. Maybe she was neglecting her family with all of the political stuff.

Well this brings up a point. it's hypocritical for a woman to call her self "conservative" or at least "socially conservative" and be in high power positions in the government in the first place.

Good point. Although, it would have been more hypocritical for her to have had an abortion, and nobody would be any the wiser.

But she's going to marry the guy that got her pregnant and have the baby, and not only that she announced the whole thing to the press, so I think she did the right thing.

But you know what? Surely she didn't just find out today that she was pregnant. Why did they just now decide to get married after Palin announces her candidacy for VP? You know Palin made them do it for political reasons. Can't have a VP with an out of wedlock grand daughter, especially when you are a Christian conservative. I bet if Palin wasn't running, they would not have gotten married because no one would give a f-ck about Palin or her daughters.

Well she is 17, and just cause she made a mistake doesn't mean her mom Sarah Palin can't talk about her morals.

Obama said it best: "I think people's families are off-limits, and people's children are especially off-limits. This shouldn't be part of our politics. It has no relevance to Gov. Palin's performance as governor or her potential performance as a vice president."

"back off these kinds of stories" and noted that he was born to an 18-year-old mother.

"How a family deals with issues and teenage children, that shouldn't be the topic of our politics, and I hope that anybody who is supporting me understands that's off-limits."

I really like the way obama handled it.

There will likely be zero dirt on her regarding sex tapes and pictures and what not. Afterall she married her Highschool sweetheart. I severly doubt much dirt will be found...but the media will try to make up stuff. Haha

Yeah, Obama is a classy guy. He could have used it to score political points, but he didn't. That's one of the things I like about him.
