Fake as hell. Look at the outlines of her hair. The guy didn't do enough blending between the hair the background. It's obvious it was cut out from another image. Nice attempt though.

In all honesty though, I think she'd look hotter if she got rid of the glasses. I've never been a fan of the "librarian" look. But I must say, she still looks hot regardless.
