Here's what I think, Tekniq. If you're about to go out or go to a party (like I am tomorrow), then don't masturbate. If you've lived out your week without masturbating and you don't get sex from some chick during said week, then by all means letter rip. The main thing is patterns. If you're getting yourself into "habits" or patterns that exclude women, then you're setting yourself up for an entire lifetime without women. You can masturbate, just mix it up i.e. don't fall into the trap of routine mbing. Make your masturbation irregular and a Decision YOU make to do, not something that controls you. YOU control it.
I will not masturbate if I know that I am going to be around a lot of women today or the next day or the day after. If it's gonna be a week from now, I'll take my chances of having ramped-up desire by the time of my encounter with a bunch of women.

From my personal experience it's doesn't decrease testosterone or anything. I can masturbate before I go out and still approach chicks and get a lot of success. So yeah, from my experience masturbating really doesn't affect your game that much. It might if you do it too many times a day though. I mostly find myself masturbating on days where I just don't know any parties to go out to or anything.

I say 'nay' to wanking, with the only exception being if doing so keeps you from doing something stupid or doing somebody who is otherwise very undesirable.
