Let's clear up the common misconception floating around this place, shall we?

And an interesting find:

Any real study done on this (and the information out there IS limited) has shown that the levels of testosterone fluctuations before and after masturbation were INISIGNIFICANT.
What you will find in those links is that REGULAR masturbation is actually HEALTHY and has no real affect on testosterone whatsoever. Keep in mind that word REGULAR, not FREQUENT.
If you masturbate 4 or 5 times a week, you're not killing your testosterone levels. And in fact, it's part of a healthy sexual lifestyle.
If you are cranking it 3 times a DAY you might see a decrease, but if you are only doing it one time a day or a few times a week, you're not going to notice a significant increase or decrease in testosterone.
Just thought I'd clear that up, because people link masturbation with loss of testosterone and loss of libido, and it simply isn't true.
