Shortage of petrol but thats ok I siphoned some from my Gomoto bike, an absolutely cool 200cc Thumper - Honda technology but very cool, with a balanced shaft and a modified exhaust. I will soon spray paint him in the colours of my rugby team - the Sharks and turn him into a Sharkie bike. Got a tin of white and black spraypaint to complete the mod on my old bike.
But now I am getting a silver Royal Enfield 500 Classic - brand new out of the box for a mere R 52 000.

Get yourself a camper van - a Roboguard sensor and tie it to the nearest tree, from my mates Sean and Pierre. A cellphone and viola no problem at all.

But the situation is extremely serious. They have taken our rifles away. But we have BB guns now. I have a CZ 75 P-07 9mm replica, which uses stainless steel 4.5mm pellets. I told my daughter last night in Cape Town that she must get one too.

You can buy it at a gun shop for R1800 and the gas canisters are only R15.

The whole farming community is standing together. I have Malcomn here and Phillip too. So we will ride this one out - even if you have to have shifts in guard duty. So problem mate, we will sort this one out.

Jesus fvcking Christ. That situation makes all the gun nuts in the US look like reasonable people. There is a sizable portion of the population here who really would make the government pry their gun from their cold, dead fingers, just like the bumper sticker says.

If you can get ammo, you can make a gun. If you don't have ammo, you can probably make gunpowder and make your own. If you can get ammonium nitrate fertilizer, then you can make military-grade explosives. I would probably be sitting on my roof with a crate of homemade hand grenades and a compressed air cannon that would launch one a country mile.

The dogs are a great idea. It wouldn't hurt to carry an edged weapon on you as well. You get what you pay for in regard to knives. Don't trust your life to a cheap Chinese blade.

Get real? If anything, the country is very stable right now. All the people I know that have guns, still have them and all of them.
