"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

As you know know me dudes

I am the coolest DJ Gingernut  Or BJ Ballie for FVCK sake.

No body fvcks with me - a an a ruthless business man, but love my family to bits. Thank God my kids are safe! In Cape Town - while this country seems to go up in flames

Don't believe all the **** they say on TV :box: They are talking absolulely shyt.
Nothing is wrong with this country - at all, merely a Hick Up in a teacup.
Or a sip of fine whiskey , a sip of wine, a smoke of a "Special Mix" cigarette and the memories I have in my head.

At the age of 56, I intend to fvck as many hoers i can to reach my target of 50.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Absolutely nothing wrong at all. Had a snooze. sms'd my mates to join me and the farmers out there. Now have a happy Christmas and a happy New Year :)

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Absolutely fine mate. I have a Swiss passport I can go where ever. But I was born in the Belgium Congo and a refugee to South Africa.

As an engineer, I could of gone there, with my mates. But I did not go and chose to stay here as a semi retired farmer

But I don't have to - life carries on here as normal, despite the explosions and shot gun blasts . Our loved ones are safe and life carries on as normal.
Shortage of petrol but thats ok I siphoned some from my Gomoto bike, an absolutely cool 200cc Thumper - Honda technology but very cool, with a balanced shaft and a modified exhaust. I will soon spray paint him in the colours of my rugby team - the Sharks and turn him into a Sharkie bike. Got a tin of white and black spraypaint to complete the mod on my old bike.
But now I am getting a silver Royal Enfield 500 Classic - brand new out of the box for a mere R 52 000.

Believe me dudes, there is nothing cooler than riding with you new chick on a thumper, well thats a new thread. It is Sunday morning in this beautiful country of ours and work goes on - despite all the shyte you see on TV.
I am here to stay

You know Scara

How many people want to stay in this country and get out of the economic collapse of Europe and USA.

I can hear the Yankee airplanes over my farmhouse for fvck sake. Everyone wants to invade South Africa. Maar is is fokken Boere and baai taai.
We are farmers and we are pissed off! Civil war is always a problem - but I saw at least five army trucks on our roads when I drove home from Kokstad.

Believe me, the ANC does not want another Zimbabwe tragedy. The roads are safe. Oom Piet is making new roads - this country is sake mates.
Get yourself a camper van - a Roboguard sensor and tie it to the nearest tree, from my mates Sean and Pierre. A cellphone and viola no problem at all.

Whites and balcks have been killed you can't believe how worried I was that my daughter was raped by some arsehole. But she is perfectly safe in Cape Town and believe me and my son will kill anyone that rapes her - white or black etc.

My son is huge 6 feet tall! We have the best rugby side, the bokke and I am looking forward to the world cup final. If it is in Australia, I will go there and you can meet me here in South Africa. Where we can have beers together and get pissed together.

So the roads are safe and call me when you get here - you have my cell phone number so there is no problem at all.

But the situation is extremely serious. They have taken our rifles away. But we have BB guns now. I have a CZ 75 P-07 9mm replica, which uses stainless steel 4.5mm pellets. I told my daughter last night in Cape Town that she must get one too.

Dad I am OK!
Well my Ickle get the same gun as me.
You can buy it at a gun shop for R1800 and the gas canisters are only R15.
So, we do have weapons - maybe old vintage voor laiers or whatever.
We have all been to Army - so we know what to do.

Well Scara

The whole farming community is standing together. I have Malcomn here and Phillip too. So we will ride this one out - even if you have to have shifts in guard duty. So problem mate, we will sort this one out.

There are big dogs in the house and my small yapper Jackie who will help us

Jesus fvcking Christ. That situation makes all the gun nuts in the US look like reasonable people. There is a sizable portion of the population here who really would make the government pry their gun from their cold, dead fingers, just like the bumper sticker says.

If you can get ammo, you can make a gun. If you don't have ammo, you can probably make gunpowder and make your own. If you can get ammonium nitrate fertilizer, then you can make military-grade explosives. I would probably be sitting on my roof with a crate of homemade hand grenades and a compressed air cannon that would launch one a country mile.

The dogs are a great idea. It wouldn't hurt to carry an edged weapon on you as well. You get what you pay for in regard to knives. Don't trust your life to a cheap Chinese blade.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

They haven't taken anyone's rifles away, if you have the licence; you can have the gun. The country is absolutely fine, for now at least

The title of this thread makes no sense in relation to what is being discussed. You didn't even provide a back story. Sounds like ranting.

Get real? If anything, the country is very stable right now. All the people I know that have guns, still have them and all of them.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
