Stupid guy. I would have printed out those emails particularly since she granted him an access to the email previously... I doubt he will be found guilty though.

So basically it's a crime to look at your wife's email, but there's nothing wrong with violating marriage vows and the trust of your husband by carrying on a secret affair. In a more sane society, there would be some kind of equivalent justice there.

Ah f*** it... I accepted a long time ago that the world we live in is beyond f***ed up and illogical. lol

Note that the prosecutor's name is Jessica .
My gut is telling me that this is just another example of a feminist lawyer in public office misusing her position by supporting a cheating sister in some twisted attempt to portray her as a victim of a snooping husband. Once again we see women's favorite game in progress - "Find a way to turn the blame on the man."
What an atrocious waste of the Court's time and an abuse of the legal system in general. Frivolous charges like this needs to be ridiculed for the mindless leftist crud that inspires them .

Does this mean that your wife is similarly committing a felony by checking your pockets for evidence of cheating . If she sniffs your collar for perfume or checks it for lipstick is she violating your right to privacy?

Jeez, this crap makes me wanna kick some fatazz femme butt.

And another example of the culture (and feminism) weaking the state of marriage. Aren't the husband and wife supposed to be "one flesh"? Isn't this why they split everything 50/50 when they get divorced?

I find it hard to square the idea that couples are supposed to have co-ownership of all their assets (no matter whose name they are in) with the idea that it is a crime to look at your wife's email. This seems to suggest that spouses are seperate all along, rather than "one flesh", doesn't it?

You guys need to understand that this is taking place in Detroit MI, which is near where I grew up and lived almost my entire life. Still have a house there I rent out.

There are two other big things going on right now in Detroit that the prosecutor is working on and one, or both, are influencing this case imo. Ex mayor Kilkpatrick and his fraud and money corruption charges, and also a prostitution case that may or may not involve some higher up big wigs. I can promise you this email case is being brought up and tried because of one of those other two cases....I'm guessing to protect some higher ups that could be implicated if who knows, some emails or phone calls or some other private info was gotten somehow...perhaps illegally. All imo, but this to me screams of a proactive action to protect some other people in those other cases.

So to me this really isn't worth debating, because under normal circumstances, this case would never see the light of day.

Nice analysis. Things aren't always so black and white in the world. And multiple agendas can overlap.

My thing is this, the guy was stupid to admit that he snooped. Hell I know three women right now who "hacked" into their husbands email and printed out letters to use as evidence of infidelity. They all say that he "left his email open". happens every day.
