Im 15 and I would say Im at around 20 percent body fat. Im skinny fat. My pectoral area is more proeminent than my abs. Its not a lot, so I was wondering if could it be really gyno (since Im 15 it could be due to some hormonal imbalance) or I just need to loose bodyfat. Im really skinny in the arms and shoulders so I dont know. I also feel a small lump in both my niples, but its real small.

What could I do to get rid of it?
If I lowered my bodyfat, would it still be noticeable?
Would the testosterone plan in 4 hours body work with this?
If you think its just fat:
Should I bulk first to stop being skinny or try to cut to get rid of it first?
Tips on bulking?
