Im 15 and I would say Im at around 20 percent body fat. Im skinny fat. My pectoral area is more proeminent than my abs. Its not a lot, so I was wondering if could it be really gyno (since Im 15 it could be due to some hormonal imbalance) or I just need to loose bodyfat. Im really skinny in the arms and shoulders so I dont know. I also feel a small lump in both my niples, but its real small.

If you think its really gyno:

What could I do to get rid of it?
If I lowered my bodyfat, would it still be noticeable?
Would the testosterone plan in 4 hours body work with this?

If you think its just fat:
Should I bulk first to stop being skinny or try to cut to get rid of it first?
Tips on bulking?

Yep, don't listen to Tim Ferris. You're 15, you're test levels don't need raising. Doesn't look like gyno, you desperately need to start working out though.

def not gyno. you get that sh!t in some serious metabolic or liver disorders, and you usually keel over to the emergency room due other stuff before gyno becomes prominent.

you are not 20% BF, who told you that you are 20?

if you are really paranoid read this :

gyno is the presence of abnormal breast tissue in male but may also be due to puberty
(my guess is that your hormones being fvcked by all that "nutritious" milk the government feeds us.)

it can be due to:

hypogonadism : means your balls aint working much or not working at all.just jerk off to a snowboarding video and if your semen is white and smells like bleach then you are OK.

liver disorders/cirrrhosis : this means a fvcked liver,fvcked as in a meth sorority b!tch with huge tits being fvcked in a frat orgy type.
usually due to alcoholism. if you are binging round the clock or everytime you see a facebook post about africa then this might be it. is it?
no i doubt you can take 2 mugs of ale.

drugs : on the top of my drunk head , spironolactone and digoxin (heart drugs) also hormone replacement therapy for people who had their balls removed due to cancer

testicular and adrenal cancer

hyperthyroidism : your thyroid is jerking too much,its too active blah blah

Any workout that you guys recomend? My current gym doesnt have a squat rack, wold I really need to change?

hmm no rack? doesnt matter.

go to the vault and read where to start or read DIESEL's bulking guide.
THEN replace squats with front squats , deadlifts and romanian deadlifts.

example : if there is no bench press then you can do the shoulder press, by deadlifting it, then cleaning it on to your shoulders.

same for front squats, deadlift then clean the weight onto the soulder and voila, front squats.

is there a bench press thingy?

Yes, there is a bench press. But I can squat more than I can clean, so wouldnt be able to to give my maximum in the squat, or am I wrong?

Agreed. He claims he was this bulked up natural bodybuilder, but somehow he has lost all his muscle mass and had no video footage to show him when he was bulked up.

It's much better to take advice from someone who is living proof of what they preach.

I went from a very similar physique to the OP to being bulked up and ripped by using Diesel's bulking guide on this forum.

Try doing low weight and high reps. Or try jump squats with no weight. I also recommend deadlifts.

High reps, AZZ TO GRAZZ will be more effective than your maximum squat.

Especially for putting slabs of muscle on your skinny frame :up:
