"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

From concensus in another thread, the male breakdown should look something like this...

Male looks
:

35% Face - Shape, Eyes, Nose, Skin tone, Skin quality etc.
25% Body - Muscles, in/out of shape, fat/skinny?
20% Height - Tall? Short? Average?
10% Style - Clothing, accessories etc.
10% Hair - bald? thinning hair? cool hair style?

Female looks
:

35% Face - Shape, Eyes, Nose, Skin tone, Skin quality etc.
35% Body - athletic, thin, fat, curvy
10% Style - clothing, fit, colour, jewelry etc.
10% Hair - long, short, straight, frizzy
10% Height - too short? too lanky and tall?

I think body is definitely more important for a girl, since a chick who is 20 lbs overweight will be seen at a disadvantage as opposed to a guy who isn't in shape isn't out of the game. Height isn't as important for women however, as long as she isn't too far to one side. Some guys argue that height for a girl doesn't matter at all, but I would contend that most guys would prefer a girl around 5'6'' or so rather than someone only 5'0'' or an amazon that is 6'0'' tall. Things such as hair, style, and face are fairly similar between the two sexes. Overall breakdowns are pretty close to one another with a couple minor differences.

Girls can do a lot more to improve their look just by getting in shape, working out, and improving their body. While guys can also improve their fitness, height is more important comparatively which is something that can't be changed. That being said, making improvements to every area can make you look, feel, and act better in everyday life.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

See, that's why the scientific method doesn't rely on consensus, voting, or any other way of measuring the lowest common denominator. You forgot the most important, objective measure of a woman's market value: her age. That's why my system deducts % for every year over age 18.

What the phuck is this? There was a thread just like this a week or two ago. Why are you guys trying to break this down as a science? Girls see the whole picture, man.

You guys need to get over this stuff. If you're good looking then you're good looking. If you're fat you may be good looking underneath, but you won't find out until you get up and start running. So do everything you can to improve yourself, but don't spend hours pining over it because it will mess you up mentally.

Now when you say 35%, do you mean 35% or is it closer to 32.7% or 36.9%?

It's very important for me to know the margin of error on these. I just want to make sure the numbers are correct before I talk to any girls who aren't mathematically compatible with me. Once I have the correct numbers, I'll know if it's okay to start talking to girls.

Thanks!

Strong sarcasm is indeed quite strong.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Disagree. i cannot relate to viewing men, but viewing women is subjective. in some cases, hair type is as high as body/face.

How about this. If you think a girl is attractive, get to know them. If you think they are ugly, don't bother. That simple my friends.
