Making snarky remarks to women when...

Sometimes I hear about men's dialogue with women when it comes to setting things up, but the woman blows them off, when their fickle interest level gets the best of them (the women), lose interest a day after giving out a #.

Some men should stay tongue and cheek, but some can't help but to keep their mouths shut and make a snarky comment in the woman's direction like, "Oh, too busy, eh? I see how you are." or some remark that comes off like the guy is a bit irritated with her.

Is that when men lose control of the situation? The upper hand? Shows that they "got to you"?

Yes, but if done correctly (****y+funny), you can still get away with it. If you're actually annoyed, it will come across. Don't let her pull you into her frame.
