“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

any tips?

i dont remember the last time i've had a killer salad, i usually go for cheap salads with not a lot of dressing since a lot of expensive ones just plop on the fatty dressings and it doesn't even taste that good.

last night with my ribeyes I had just some fresh spinach leaves with lemon juice and olive oil - you could probably add a splash of balsamic vinegar too.

I've just discovered turkey sausage. About $1.30/pound, delicous, and 19g of protien/4oz.

Tastes GREAT on a salad.

Also, like WBA said, go with spinach. WAY better for you than iceberg. If you want lettuce get the darer stuff (Romane.)

For great salad dressing also go with WBA suggestion. I like just lemon and pepper. My mom likes vinegar and lemon. They also have those new salad dressing "spritzers." Might be something to look for.

Other ways to freshen up salads:
Hard boiled eggs. Tuna. Pico de guillo. Almonds. Sunflower seeds.

Fresh lettuce, anything but iceberg
Feta, or blue cheese crumbles
Southwest Caeser Dressing, the good stuff is in a refrigerated case
Something crunchy - croutons, tortilla chips, walnuts
