"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Hi, this website/forums and the dj bible has helped me a lot. I've actually put a lot of the stuff from the bible into practice since a few months and im doin kinda well with girls (not just girls... actually my whole life has improved). But still there are a few days where i feel kinda down and less confident. The most minor stuff can mind**** me and make me feel insecure me on such days. How do i keep my confidence level up all the time? i want to achieve the state where my confidence is completely natural... not even a bit of it should be faked or forced.
Looking forward for some advice from the real don juans out here.
Thanks in advance

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

who cares
have you ever notice that if youre doing something that youre good at you feel more confident than other people who are not. Thats what you got to do, become great at something and your confidence will flow from there.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I sometimes had the same problem. My game would go from day to day. But it was mostly when I was tired. My game takes a lot out of me if I go all out. So it was hard for me to game chicks in last period cuz Id been going all day and by that point I was like "**** it..." Then you try to force it and it ain't there.

The secret is to CREATE those expectations. Stop yourself from being able to say "**** it". Go in guns ablazin', all the time.

its kinda annoying cuz 1 day your making people laugh and then they start to have an expectation of you of being that guy that makes you laugh and stuff and some times its hard to live up to every bodies expectations the day after.

so how do i correct this problem or should i just leave things how they are becaue no one is perfect and people should know that people can have bad days....

some one please reply with ggood advise
I have the same problem and have had it for about a year. I was a funny person before I even became a DJ. Whenever I would make a hillarious joke all of the people around me would laugh and especially my pals. I don't really know how I fixed my problem but if I felt like not entertaining, I would just go away. Like if it was in class I would move and hang out with the people who didn't really know me. Like during lunch I would take a break and go st at a different table or something.

I mean who's going to say "Come back, you aren't done entertaining me slave." I like to get to know new people ocassionly and during these states of not wanting to hang out with my pals, I would hang out with someone else.

Another solution is to hang out with someone even more of a socializer. It might be a little hard to find someone that is more of a socializer then yourself, but I found someone that was quite a socializer and when ever I would want to lose everyone in my group, I would just go hang out with him.

Good luck.

Yep, I'd definately start hanging around with different crowds, thats what I started to do to build confidence. Also not being afraid of making a fool out of yourself helps out alot. I did this up by taking on some of the dares my mates make that require a rather large set of balls to do. Now this might not be the best idea but it was alot of fun for us and gained me quiet a bit of respect amoung my mates.

I think wat the original post is tryin to say is that, what do you do when your not feeling at the top of your game.

How can he go up and start "hanging" around other people when the problem is actually meeting new people.

What can you do to get yourself at the top of your game again.!?!?

its simple (okay maybe not lol)

but the official way i got my confidence is the phrase "whatever, man"

some chick rejects you and gets u down? "whatever" some guy makes u look a fool in front of everyone "whatever" you dont need them! who gives a fvck what they say.

yeahhh. i'm gonna go run for a poltical office now! lol

Moments are dominated by moods....

If your never felt unconfident, then how would you define the confident moments as "confident"? All you can do is your best.

There is no happiness without suffering.
