Maintaining a pump for longer

Short question: is there a way of maintaining your pump after a good gym session?

I tried nitrous oxide and I'm on creatine, which are all great for the initial pump, but it never lasts for more than an hour.

Why do you want a pump after you are done lifting?

When you say 'after a good gym session' I'm assuming you mean for a good long while, like after you get home.

And yeah, only way to maintain it is keep lifting.

Agree with Danzy, the pump is basically an increase of blood flow to your muscles after high rep training.
