You hit the nail on the head it isn’t always about penetration. If you finger a girl to near orgasm and stop just before if your skilled to know enough when she’ll have one or get close then start penetrating her for a while in different positions then she will have one and then multiple ones after that if you keep banging away in the door. In my experience it comes down to extremely fast fingering so much that they’ll squirt and orgasm or you build them up with tongue and fingers or just fingers first then penetrate and go a while.
