"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Hi Guys,

I work on a refinery/mine site and basically have very average canteen food available or the option of bringing it myself.

In our small kitchen we have a fridge and microwave and that is it.

Does anyone else here who is trying to bulk find themselves in a similar situation? If so have you got any good ideas on getting necessary protein?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I did landscaping this past summer and I had to bring a bag lunch every day. This was really good for two reasons. The first, I could plan out exactly what I would eat so I wouldnt have to worry about that, Second, I always was able to break it into many small meals since we had 2 breaks and lunch.

I did a couple things. Every sunday I'd grill up a whole bunch of chicken breasts, and bring one or two of those out every day. (I got some really good marinade recipes if you want)

I'd also spend some time in the morning makin a smoothie. I'd use 3 scoops of whey. A banana, a cup of oats and the rest milk. I'd put it in a nalgene bottle and sip it all day.

Also cans of tuna and whole wheat bread, and lots of fruit.

Thanks change, gives me some ideas.

Did you eat anything with the chicken breasts, or just by themselves?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
