“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

My chest workout consists of flat and incline bench presses and db flyes, which has given me great results except that I've started to notice that the lower part of my chest appears to be looking underdeveloped compared to the rest.

Can anyone suggest some exercises that specifically target the lower part of the chest?

Unfortunately, I only have access to basic equipment and no machines or cables, but I've started adding pushups and dips to my routine - are these effective?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

decline bench press

you could also try, during normal bench presses, to position the bar over your lower chest and then push up from there

What he said. Forget push ups - they are a strength exercise. And to the best of my knowledge (from a practical standpoint) I believe bar dips target the upper chest. So go the decline!

In some ways you are lucky, most people have trouble with their upper chest.

I'd stick with flat benches, just go for 6-8reps.

I also think weighted dips work the lower pec well, but that's just me.

Agreed with above..... weighted dips.. but lean your body forward.. approx 30degreess.... this will help eliminate using your triceps.

Good luck.

When you get older, the lower chest sorta just dies and gives you ***** tits :)

30 degree dips are excellent.
