Lower Abs?

I got two questions. Whenever i work out by abs, they seems smaller. Is this due to just being worked out a day earlier?

And when ever i work out, for a few days, my lower abs don't show at all. So whats a great ab workout that targest the lower abs.

Whats a good oblic (however you spell it) excersize?

Don't. Give your abs a rest, they are a muslce just like your biceps, triceps, quads etc...

You wouldn't bench press everyday, would you?

Incase your not aware, you need low bodyfat for them to show.

Besides this, theyre like any other muscle, they need to rest between workouts for them to recover.

Personally I have found the best results from pulsing crunches, weighted crunches and leg raises/kick outs if thats what you call them.

Thanks guys.

And no i rarely workout my abs, but i have been complimented on them (best abs they ever seen).

And i do have/and i'm aware that you have to have a low percent body fat.

But the question here is i rarely find an excrised works mainly on the lower abs, any suggestions?
