Is there any chance of hooking up with a girl I went out with once that has signs of low interest. We went out a couple weeks ago and she said she had a really good time and said she she would like to go out again but never contacts me. She replys to my texts (I text rarely like once a week) but most the time her responses are pretty cold ... She never mentions hanging out ... For example today I asked what shes doing today and she wrote back "I got called into work. I'm on call "
It's really frustrating and usually a girl that is interested will make an effort to show that... I've only really asked her out for a second date once (today)...
I'm pretty busy the next couple weeks so maybe I should just lay low and she if she contacts me? Or I could put some pressure on and say look I'm really busy the next couple weeks do you want to try to schedule sometime...

She answers your texts for one of a few reasons:

1. She has low interest but likes attention which means you are friendzoned
2. There's another guy that she's more into so she's stringing you along just in case
3. She doesn't want to completely blow you off so she answers, but gives you nothing to work with

Go no contact. No texts. No emails. No calls. See if she reaches out in a week or two. If she does, set a time to meet up. There are countless threads on this type of female behavior. Read Nismo's "your princess is in another castle" threads. Solid info there. Oh, and talk to other girls. You'll soon forget all about this one.
