i wanna be ripped in 3 months time. i'm currently 97kg at 178cm. i wanna get down to 75kg.

I'm currently gyming 6 times a week working out for 30-45 mins each day. working 1 bodypart each day of the week.
I am going to add walking 1 hour a day.

I currently eat less than 1500 calories a day but more than 1300.

about 30g of carbs, 80g fat and 150-160g of protein.

Should I do fasting as well? Or walk another 1 hour.
I drink about 3 litres of water a day as well.

I plan to go back to eating at least 150g of carbs afterwards. sodium intake is at 1000mg as well.

there's a bit of a pic of my frame.

I've seen some gains in just a couple of weeks of training and people think I have lost weight but I'm still 97kg. I haven't been eating that strict though eating subway sandwitches which i need to cut out. I don't want to lose too much muscle in the next 3 months and just get leaner before i go on a bulk in the new year.

You should refrain from posting pics of yourself, the internet is forever.

You’re better off bulking first. The new muscle makes it easier to cut. Do a clean bulk. Just eat as much good protein rich food as you can and lift heavy.

After your strength base is established add it more cardio and dump carbs.

Ok I will do this.

Doing

Meal 1

2 cups of oatmeal
3 scrambled eggs
250ml of trim milk

Meal 2

70g brown rice
tin of sardines
30g lentils
100g of mixed veg

Meal 3

70g brown rice
150 chicken breast
100g of brocolli

Meal 4

70g brown rice
150g chicken breast
100g brocolli
30g lentils

Meal 5

1 apple
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

About 3200 calories. 340g carbs, 100g of fat, 210g of protein.

I will do 1 hour of walking a day plus the lifting. I will also switch some of the chicken meals with a 150g rump steak 2-3 times a week.
