Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
Troll... um no, sorry. I post quite frequently and haven't been accused of that yet.MissionX said:Realized I was flaming you, it's bad, anyways. Okay Yes I agree with you, and you need some supplements, but you already get enough with what you need, you don't have to go out and spend 100$ on something that you already get from eating your basic foods.
Yes you have to break down muscle structure to gain alot of muscle mass. But with time and effort it happens. Think about it, this is what the military personal use to gain muscle, lose body fat. Minus the raw eggs. I was in the military for 3 years, I know how to break down muscle structure, or in other words, Tear the muscle to grow some more. Only through hard work and determination can you achieve weight lose and muscle growth.
Everyone has there different methods they use and prove to be effective for different people, not everyone wants or has the determination to gain a massive amount of muscle, some people are even happy with losing 5 - 30 pounds. Why flame a method someone has put out to help other people. Which instead you should put your own method out, and see how others react to your thread. But instead you would rather post rather useless information which would in fact discourage others from even trying something and seeing even the littlest of results and be happy.
Nonetheless relieve us of your trollness and do something usefull like getting ****ed?

Bahahahahahahhahahahahaha!!!! :crackup::crackup::crackup::crackup::crackup:population of 125000
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
