Hi. I've been doing this for eight months and almost 2,000 approaches by now. Except for one time with two guys less experienced than me, I've never had anyone watch me in-person before. I've reached a point where I really feel that, in order to get any further, I really need a wingman with more experience than me to watch me in-person and give me feedback; to tell me if I'm unwittingly doing any major things wrong.
