At first i used to be sore like the same day i worked out... then i got a new routine and it was the day after i worked out.. now its like 2 days after i worked out and its gettin really sore.. whats up with the longer delays in soreness.....? like my calves have never been this sore before ( then again i havent done as much weight as friday...) but i still dont understand why it would take longer for it to get sore?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

As you work out more and more, your muscles get use to the load and begin to hurt less.

When I first started lifting seriously the first few weeks I'd lift and be in pain for days. Now I push myself even harder and aside from small aches I don't feel the same sort of muscle soreness as before.

As time goes on you get less and less sore and sometimes it takes longer for the body to get sore. Don't worry about it.
