“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hi guys,

Here's my original story where I got dumped after 7 years and the last 10 months long distance:

http://www.sosuave.net/forum/showthread.php?t=221742

So I know you guys told me to quit the Facebook stalking of my ex's personal account (I still know her password), but I couldn't help myself last night and I took a look. It was a convo between her and Dave (the guy I thought she dumped me for from work).

She was talking about how sad she is about her break up with me and the thought of me loving someone who isn't her is making her so depressed.

She was saying how lonely she is since breaking up with me and that on Friday she got so drunk because she saw some Facebook photos of me out with friends and other girls and almost drunk dialled me (her finger on the dial button apparently).

The guy was not expressing any interest in her and instead talking about some other girl he is love with and thinking about moving town to live with. I seriously think they are just platonic friends. I deluded myself in thinking that there is something more.

I am more surprised that she actually cares about me! It's been about 25 days NC so far. Not a word from me, despite her texting me over a week ago asking if I want to meet to talk when she visits in 2 weeks.

Perhaps the NC is working and making her miss me? Perhaps her seeing photos of me unaffected by her break up is a shock to her and my value has increased?

I dunno guys. I still love her and would take her back ........ :-/ She comes to town in 2 weeks.

Yeah, stay away from her Facebook! Not only because it messes with your head, but also because if she goes into the settings she can she where her profile has been accessed from. It shows the IP address. Just move on, dude.

Spax bro, you shouldn't be checking her FB account. But if you think there might be a shred of hope here, then meet up with her. But be cool about it, don't let on that you want her back. Most guys here would advise against seeing her, myself included, but you have to decide. But stop logging into her acct, it just leads to more checking. Plus...I could be a trick, maybe she knows you're logging in. Consider that.

that is not NC, you still keep contact with her(even if she don't know), you after this have zero days, and the reason she is crying and all is her ego is hurt, she don't care about you, she cares about her ego and its hurt, she even says she don't wanst you ahving fun and finding another woman, that would mean you moved too fast for her and she have nothing to keep a guy around.

again start from 0 and move on, don't log on her FB anymore, don't try to search for her over the internet, delete all contact you have from her

Every time there is a "should I fvck my ex?" thread, the consensus is always no, you should not. But the reasoning is that you're not strong enough to handle it.

I don't like that line of reasoning. You should not be afraid to take what you want out of life. If you want to fvck her, then fvck her. That's not going to cure whatever relationship problems you had, but you'll both have at least a night or two of fun.

I would say to go have a great time while she's back, but make no relationship talk. Then when she leaves, act like nothing happened. Only contact her when she contacts you. Don't ask her where she's been (or log in to her fb), with the expectation that she doesn't ask you the same question.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

When I factor in what you told us before, the impression I'm arriving at here is that she's trying to tease out his inner white knight, in a "take me! take me! Can't you see what I'm going through right now!? I'm so LONELY right now... Easy pickings for YOU!" kind of way. I could be wrong, but that's what I'm gathering.

You need to stop psychologically waterboarding yourself by popping into her Facebook. As long as you keep doing that, you will constantly find yourself caught up in a downward spiral of gnawing anxiety, wondering to yourself how and if you'll ever move on. Go out and do something. Stay active. Idle hands is the devil's workshop.

Let's say you do take her back - then? Won't there still be several hundred miles between the two of you? How will that be reconciled? There's a good reason why it's very heavily supported by basically everyone on this forum that LDRs do not work. I understand that your emotions are fired up right now, but carefully consider the road that lies ahead.

Block her FB profile so that you can't look it up in a moment of weakness. Stop FB stalking her. You are wasting your time.

For those that didn't know that you can see where you are logged in from on FB, go to Settings>Security>Where you're logged in

OP never underestimate chicks thinking they are stupid. Never underestimate anybody in fact if you ever want to have the upper hand. Always assume they know as much as you and find solutions that even you wouldn't have thought about at first to any problem.

We've already told you to stop spying on her. It only leads to mental anguish.

If you get tipped off that she is spouting out libel (written slander) about you on Facebook and want to sue her, that's the only time I would ever tell a brother to look at an ex's FB. The bar has been set in my County with this. We have a small claims Judge in my County that will award you damages if you bring in a screen shot of ONE bad post about you on Facebook from an enemy. ONE POST, UNO. I know someone personally who got cash for this!

But otherwise, yeah, never look at an ex's FB. And ditch yours! Facebook is what Satin does to pass the time when he is sitting on the cr@pper!!

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I just checked my security-> settings etc. It doesn't tell me who's seen me. It only tells me my location. I think you're wrong on this one.

Yes, agreed. In my past experiences as a cyber investigator for a city police department, I always had to get a warrant for this information from FB. That was as of 2012.

For the best wealth of info you can get off of FB outside of law enforcement, which is quite a bit of other stuff, do this:

- In the upper right corder click on a tinly little upside down triangle

- Then select "settings" from the menu

- Click on "Download a copy" of your Facebook Data at the bottom

- Click on "Start My Archive"

- Then click on "Start My Archive" when it pops up again.

- you should get a message: "We are gathering your information and will send an e-mail to [youremailaddress] when it is ready for download."

- Check the Email again in a few hours or the next day. You should have a message from FB with further instructions to download your "archive" file in ZIP format. Do that.

- Once the ZIP file is saved to a secure place, like a thumb drive or your hard drive, RIGHT click on the ZIP file and then left click on "extract".

- Then go into the folder it makes, "facebook-logicallefty.zip", etc.

- Then open the file called "index.htm"

Lots of stuff in there you may have forgot you did one drunkin' night! lol Enjoy!

Dude, if I look at it and it says that my FB has been accessed from a different location and a different time than I remember being on it, I would automatically think that my ex is using my password. DUH I don't need to see an exact address, would I?

Having said that, stay away from it. You're only torturing yourself. Give it a few weeks and you'll be smiling to yourself when you realize she wasn't worth the effort. Good luck.

Anyway, enough of this IP address babble. I'm using a VPN anyway.

So tell me, how can I get her back?
