I have seen it with my own eyes. Since i live close to switzerland(like 1 minute walk) . If you are a swiss and have a lot of money , you can do whatever you want. Last year i was with my younger sister and i was walking in the train station. In front of my eyes you were seeing a lot of people doing drug dealing , and the police officers were looking on the wall. I couldn't believe it at first but then it wasn't a rare sight anymore.
In Zurich it's weird if you don't get approached at least 3 times with people offering you drugs. Unbelievable.
