"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I came across some pictures of about 3 years ago and I realized how much fun I was having then. Life could not of been better.

Looking into now, I also realize how much I'm living in the past sometimes. I really wish I could have a lot of those memories reoccur. I know this is not healthy, I know it's bad, but I feel so empty now compared to then.

I need help. It's not as though I don't get out and make new, awesome memories with new friends and have fun, but I still can't help but look back (mostly on past relationships, both serious and just friendships, with girls).

All my friends and I were part of a church. Sure, it's church, and I know that kinda goes against certain things that are taught on the DJ Forum, but I had so much more fun with them than I do going to parties/bars.

I don't expect replies from this, I just wanted to collect my thoughts and maybe someone else might understand them better than me.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I've realized that those times are part of what made you to who you are today. For myself at least, those good times, bad memories and the different people, experiences and whatsuch have created a confident male.

Instead of living in the past, consider learning from it.

The past often seems more idyllic than it really was.

"Do not say, 'Why were the old days better than these?'
For it is not wise to ask such questions" (Ecclesiastes 7:10).

On the other hand, the girls you find at church are usually a lot less wh0rish than the girls you find at parties and bars. Altho if they are prudes, that isn't much better. (Prudes and hors have a lot in common.)

If you were doing something fun in the past that you miss doing, maybe you should start doing it again -- or do something similar.
