No, it's a realization that I just spent 15,000 dollars upgrading a Honda grocery getter when I could have saved the money from both the car and the mods and gotten a Vette in the first place. If I got to the point where I actually cared if my FWD 4-banger outran a Vette in a straight line, I'd reconsider my life.

nice RSX by the way.. wanted a type S for a long while but ended up going with an 05 STi.. currently running it with K&N Typhoon, Helix catless DP, HKS Carbon Ti mounted onto helix DP, and running with a Cobb Accessport Stage 2 flash.. Future plans are a FP Green turbo, Perrin Front Mount Intercooler, Injectors, and Tein coilovers.. oh and I'm also picking up an 06 R1 here pretty soon..

Actually dude, its super illegal and the cops out here suck and are super corrupt. There was one race track but they shut it down a few months ago. So now its all real street racing, which is fun but can be dangerous. I've really chilled out with the racing thing. No more 155MPH runs with an EvoVIII anymore.. But it is nice to have a faster car than 95% of the cars on the road. I mean with exception to other Japanese cars with tune, and American Muscle, and the occasional AMG, there arent too many cars that will smoke me. Esp not with my mods.

Rough estimate, smarty. I don't sit around researching how to get an Acura RSX up to 360 horsepower without blowing out the engine after 2 runs. Point is, I could save the money I'd otherwise spend on an RSX and mods, and buy a real car, like a late 90s Vette.

Supposedly a Supercharged engine @ 700 HP, Vettes get a 6.2L @ 450ish HP, and a new 8.3L LSX @ 900 HP. Plus the new Camaros concepts are 400HP estimate...

Aside from them, not sure where the 09 Mustangs stand. A guy up the street from me has a new GT500 thats yellow with black racing stripes. Sounds like a damn drag when he revs it. American muscle FTW.
