"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

> why do commercial jets have headlights?

(...because by the time you see something big in front of you, you really wouldn't be able to dodge it with a commercial jet, ie 747)

> why do we yell at the television when watching sports ... they (the athletes) can't hear us anyway

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

LOL. There are answers.

Why does someone believe you when you say there are 20 billion stars, but check when you say the paint is wet?
Because they CAN check the paint, whereas they CANNOT check the number of stars in the universe (if they could, they would).

Why does someone believe you when you say there are 20 billion stars, but check when you say the paint is wet?
- It depends, did you even try to put 20 billion stars on the paper..that's probably why they're checking.

Why do banks charge you a “non-sufficient funds fee” on money they already know you don’t have?
- Because they can.

Why dosnt Tarzan have a beard?
- He hasn't hit publicly

Why are Inflammable things are so flammable?
- "The presence of the prefix in- has misled many people into assuming that inflammable means "not flammable" or "noncombustible." The prefix -in in inflammable is not, however, the Latin negative prefix -in, which is related to the English -un and appears in such words as indecent and inglorious. Rather, this -in is an intensive prefix derived from the Latin preposition in."

Why can superman deflect bullets with his chest but still ducks when you throw something at him????
- Were you throwing it at his head?

Why do we press harder on a remote control when we know the batteries are getting weak
- Remotes are like that, they stop functioning so you have no choice but to please it with fresh power. (or it's getting a orgy out of the squishing)

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I can solve this mystery for you. The lights are there to make the plane visible to other aircraft, mainly to ensure two of them don't slam into each other. Also to signal intent. Ever heard of instrument flying?

The lights are not used to navigate the plane. They navigate with instruments, not headlights.
