for someone who never was in leadership position

how can we get leadership experience

i am asking for small leadership roles that anyone can do

have a goal ,have people contribute towards this while leading/organising
all of this

like a volunteer activity or any other suggestions ?

looks like all are leaders here ?

leaders have absolute confidence (should be able to lead others ,cant do without confidence)

there are like doctors/musicians etc who dont need to have leadership
as they have social status

for those who have absolute confidence in yourself and your life
Any one of you work for someone else

you can be best Teacher/Engineer still have to work under boss/their budget goals

Leadership=confidence
maybe innergame=confidence ?

is absolute confidence possible without being leader

You can start easily by getting together a group of like minded individuals and doing something. Perhaps you could get 5 guys and 5 girls together and go out to eat or see a movie. If that's not in your budget, then you can go even cheaper and set up a group outing to watch fireworks or attend/host a party on New Years eve.

leadership is guiding or influencing people toward a common goal, taking full accountability. it's one of the most useful people skills to learn because you end up seeing the best and worst in people

don't confuse this with absolute power, which is what you're equating with confidence. you shouldn't have to control everything to feel confident

also ER!C LIVE has good advice. just taking full accountability for a night out with the homies is a good way to learn
other ideas:
- if you in school still, get an officer position at a club
- if you got a talent, IE music, start a band
- management positions at work

I'll also add, since this is a pimp board, the dynamics of most relationships is that the girl WANTS you to lead, plan the night, etc. They want to feel comfortable when YOU'RE in control
