No i havent had sex with this woman. IMO however plate theory suggests that you have multiple women that ARE interested in you. The idea being that you have options in order to avoid oneitis. Oneitis can occur to guys that are having sex with a woman they are not exclusive with. But the overwhelming majority of instances of onetitis occurs with guys that aren't having sex with anybody.

So what do tell guys to do when they come here with oneitis. We tell them to get more dates ie more plates.

Having sex with multiple women is the goal.yes but it is not easy. In your 20''s it might be easier but as you get older most folks just have time for all the bullshyt it requires. So in my humbe opinion a plate is not a date but it can be someone you have developed a solid mutual sexual interest in yet not have had sex.
