"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Konstantinov's Raw 910 lb Deadlift

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

It's pretty sick that he is lean as well. I notice his bw is up to 290lbs. He has stated he wants to get over 300lbs, hopefully then he can compete with Bolton and Magnusson.

Benedikt is back in training btw:

In the long run, I don't think anyone will touch what Benni will do. Not anyone that we currently know off. When he did his tire 1100 tire deadlift, he got a 1040lbs deadlift to the knees in training. That's when he was 24 I think. Before that he did the WR deadlift at 22 or something. Christ knows what he will be pulling from the floor in 10 years, 1100? More? If keep's training that is.

There's also the deadlift challenge next year, here is a list of the names and who is confirmed:

Bolton could do more though, if his grip can manage. Konstantinovs grip is insane. I remember him saying he had held 1100lbs in the rack without straps.

Interestig stuff!

I wasn't even aware that it was possible to look they way he does and do the things he does. He's part of the reason I got into lifting again.

For anyone who didnt know Bolton just pulled a 954 in a belt.

KK is an amazing raw lifter but I just dont think he quite has the sheer mass to pull a 1000 raw. I wouldnt be shocked if he did, but Bolton is the deadlift king. He competes at SHW and KK competes at 275. He has competed at 308 but he was only (heh) 285 at that time.

Pretty sweet. Didn't look to hard.

Don't know how much Benni has on the bar above.

I think Bolton is the best now, but I think it is only a matter of time before Benni claims the title again.

He did 887 raw earlier in the year without too much difficulty, having only been back in training for a month or two:

Having said that, at the challenge next year it could still be close between Benni & Bolton. But Benni in 5 years if he keeps going?

Have to wait and see :D
