3x5 Bench Press 75lbs
1x5 Deadlift 110lbs

Starting on squats preferably by next week. My weight is now 107lbs, I don't know why but I lost weight a few weeks ago to 105lbs. Just gained it back a week ago.

Started back on squats again, not sure whether its the right thing to do, my left knee feels funny.

3x5 Standing Military Press (2x5 60lbs, failed on 2nd set 3rd rep. Last set: 55lbs failed on 4th rep)
3x5 Bent Barbell Rows (2x5 90lbs, dropped to 85lbs on last set to mantain form)
3x5 Squats 95lbs

Been a long time since I did squats, gonna start upping squat weight next week.

Did a weigh in today and I gained 1.4lbs. Now 108-109lbs

1x5 Deadlift 120lbs

Everything seems to be progressing fine, feels good to do squats again

Because some asses choose not to let me work in and I'd have to wait for then to get their asses off. Why not just do the other workouts instead of wasting time waiting?

Today, I failed on the last set of Bench Press and Deadlifts, I packed it up and went home. Nothing much to talk about there. Looks like I didn't recover fast enough from soccer yesterday.

Bad workout today, probably didn't get enough food before workout sincr it was in the wee hours of the morning.

3x5 Squats 110lbs
3x5 Standing Military Press 60lbs (failed last set 4th rep)
3x5 Bent BB Rows 85lbs

Will leave my workouts to after school when I am able to get enough energy 1 hour preworkout from now on.

3x5 Bench Press 85lbs
1x5 Deadlifts 135lbs

Today's workout felt good, though I felt a little lazy at first because school totally drained me out. A 30 minute nap did the trick.

Did a weigh in and I'm now 110.6lbs (0.6lbs gain). I feel terrible today, had a headache and fever so I'm passing on gym to recover for next week's workout.

Ugh today was a so-so workout. I just HAD to check my phone just before I was about to bench. My chemistry teacher decided to give me a 0 for skipping a lecture which was a total waste of time, I could plan my time better without it. Needless to say I was taken out of the zone for my bench though I didn't really care about getting 0. (Note to self: Use a real stopwatch instead of the phone timer instead.)

3x5 Bench Press 85lbs (Could have done 90lbs if I was focused enough.)
2x5 Squats 120lbs
1x5 Deadlifts 140lbs

After 2nd set of squats I had this really weird feeling just directly below my left knee. As if something was loose in there. Definitely could've finished the last set but didn't want to risk messing up my knee again. Overall still good, increased loads on DLs and squats.

Any idea what feeling it might be? I make sure my knees don't drift forward too much during the squat and still keep my knees shoved out when ascending. Back locked, no movement of barbell.

I witnessed typical chump behavior at the gym today. HB7 walks in, bam, 3 guys start chatting her up, showing her how to use the weight machines (lol). Enough about that, squats are getting tougher day by day but still as awesome.

3x5 Squats 120lbs (nailed it)
3x5 Standing Military Press 60lbs
3x5 Bent BB Rows 90lbs

Haven't been doing standing militay pressss and bent rows for quite some time now due to coincidentally missing em on my busy days. Will rack up the weight next week for rows and presses.

Missed my workout again due to fvcking school. This extra commitment to extra lessons is really pissing me off.

2x5 Squats 125lbs 1x5 Squats 120lbs (Felt I couldn't take the last 125lbs set to finish so I lowered the weight)
2x5 Standing Military Press 65lbs - more on this later
3x5 Bent BB Rows 95lbs

Okay so the only thing I see that's not progressing is my Military Presses. Today I tried doing 65lbs sets but on the last set I failed on the 1st rep. 60lbs is easy for me but 65lbs is too hard.

So I have a question here, should I increase intensity of 60lbs military presses (i.e reduce rest time) or should I juat reset the weight and climb back up again?

Damn my dad passed a flu-bug to me. Now I feel jelly all over (congested nose, sore throat, coughing) , no choice but to lie in bed and pass on my workout. I want to push this through so bad but I'm afraid I might end up worse than now.

3x5 Standing Military Press 55lbs (failed last rep)
3x5 Bent BB Rows 85lbs

Decided to take things slow first since I just recovered fron flu. Was focusing on form on rows today and I decreased resting time for presses to 2 minutes. Will nail presses with 2 mins breaks inbetween sets before increasing the weight again.
