Why would you need to "knock chicks off their pedestal" unless you put them on a pedestal to begin with basically admitting you are lower value?
If some chick herself is on her high horse there's also no need to get involved with her or try to knock her off it unless you can't restrain yourself from her to try and bring her down to your level so you can feel comfy and hopefully have her accept you need of her approval.
You neither place chicks on a pedestal to begin with If you are truly high value yourself or you don't bother with chicks that think they're "better" than you. Otherwise all you are doing is trying to mask your own insecurities by trying to knock those down who you already believe are "above" you in order to bring yourself up while deluding yourselves you aren't doing just that.
