Unless the person is bleeding profusely from the mouth, than no.... There isn't enough of a blood transfer for kissing to transmit the disease. If so then other things like sneezing could make the disease airbourne.

I thought all schools covered this in Health Education. You can't get it from toilet seats either in case you were wondering

AIDS/HIV is contracted thru blood, semen, or vaginal secretions via some opening which leads into the bloodstream. The same way hepitis B is contracted--both diseases are bloodborne pathogens. I've never heard of anyone contracting AIDS thru kissing.
