Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Are any of you on the ketogenic diet or have any feed back from friends who are?

Do you have a meal plan break down that works for you?

Could you post that break down meal by meal.

Any information you may have please share.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Cheap peanut butter has sugar in it. The more expensive kind where the oil separates, like Smucker's natural, is keto-friendly. I could live off of just that one food. Raw broccoli dipped in blue cheese dressing is my other keto diet favorite. Cashews, eggs, stir-fried vegetables, and of course most meat dishes are all keto friendly. It is a myth that you need carbs to live, even though most people think you do.

In a grocery store, half the aisles are devoted to junk food carbs. That's because they are the most profitable food items to sell. A $3 bag of chips has about three cents worth of potatoes in it, and maybe a penny's worth of oil. A $2 bottle of Pepsi is made from two cents worth of corn sugar. It's the same with candy, crackers, and junk food. The food companies want you to be buying crap, because that is where they make the most money.
