"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Brothers, I enjoy the brutal blunt advice from you guys so please don't hold back.

This is going to sound like a *****y beta thing to say but here it goes lol...

I have 2 plates spinning at the moment. 1 recently which was a great recovery, she flaked twice and then turned around by coming to my house and banging my brains out.

Its thursday night, ALL my boys are busy. NOTHING to ****ing do. I can't help but to just THINK about these 2 broads, whats my next move, whats gonna happen next time I see them.

Its ****ing ridiculous that I think so much about these broads when they are not around. I mean I am playing it perfectly right now with the "NC" and "being busy" but really im bored as ****.

Any tips on getting over this? How can I just erase them from my mind until its time to contact them for another date?

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

It comes down to you having hobbies and being comfortable alone. I personally love music so I spend most of my free time either making music or finding new music.

Just get some hobbies if you find yourself bored. You're in your mid 20's, get out and explore.

Here are some points for you in no particular order:

1) As mentioned, you need to get comfortable being by yourself. How often and for how long is a personality thing. Some people are ok being alone for a long time, others need to be social ALL the time. It depends on where you fall on the introversion-extraversion continuum.

2) Get some productive hobbies. Working out is HUGE. Better health, more stamina, better sleep, look better, fvck better, just more attractive all around. Find something else productive that you like. Can be reading, art, music, nerdy computer stuff, doesn't matter. Just something that helps you in some way in the future (even if it's just mental dexterity).

3) Get a (second?) job. Can be something completely unrelated to your field of study. You'll meet more people, have something to do, and be making $$. You're over 21 so consider bartending. Perfect night time activity.

4) Meet more girls. You need to cultivate an abundance mentality, but really the only way to do this (at least that I've found) isn't some mental exercise but actually having multiple successes with hot chicks, so when you are 'alone' you're not freaking out because you know more chicks are around the corner and it's just a matter of time.

----

I was like you at some point (and at a similar age). It was near the time when I first started dating multiple girls at the same time - as in I was seeing several of them regularly. I'd get bored if I wasn't hanging out with one. Right now, I have 0 plates. I'm not seeing any girl on a regular basis, though I turn down invitations when I feel I have something better to do, which only drives them crazier. It's a nice reversal. Plus I like chasing new tail because I'm a caveman, so there's that. The lesson is this - you're likely to reach a point where enough previous successes and ease of future success (confidence) frees you to not think about women all that much, which ironically makes you all the more attractive.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
