"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I've never wanted to get married.

Previously I was with a women 7 years and the thought of marriage made me laugh.

Never crossed my mind once in that relationship. It was a good relationship too.

Anyways. My current girlfriend. Only been with her like 6 months. Things are awesome between us. To be honest she worships the ground I walk on.

Its retarded but when I look at her I sometimes think about marriage.

I'm concerned I'll just blurt out the words one day drunk or something. And I'll find myself in the awkward position of accidental proposal (which I'm sure she would say yes).

Anyways I don't want to get married. Just the thought keeps popping in my head.

I've only ever had this thought with her.

I've definitely gone all in with her and I'm super comfortable with that.

I still know my worth though and it is something I could walk away from if I had too. Like I know if I was single I know I could tear up the dating scene and have my pick.

I think that's why I'm so comfortable going all in, because it the certificate my life would be awesome regardless of what path I find myself on.

Anyways this marriage thought. I want to banish it from my brain.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

If you didn't want to marry her, then you wouldn't have to be denying it. Of course you do, and that's fine. 6 months is probably too soon, and everyone here will tell you the same to a much stronger extent. But alpha men don't listen very well to life advice, from anyone, myself included. They tend to do what makes them happy.
