Is "keep going until she says 'no'" a good piece of advice....i have heard this from several guys who seems successful with women and was wondering your thoughts on the subject?

Yes, do it. Assume attraction and keep at it. The only thing that should stop you is a straight out rejection or an extremely obvious indicator of disinterest (body language usually tells this easily).
