"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

*newbie post, have patience please*

I suspect I am not the only person who has read thorugh various pieces of information and opinion on the net and yet done nothing. I think if as well as the information on what to do there was some kind of plan which would improve skills by setting specific tasks people like me would be able to benefi more.
Just a bit about me: 16 years old, fairly slim build but quite sporty and I wouldn't say I'm unattractive in any way, but not a male model either. Go to an all boys school, and how how it is at my school is there is a portion of the year go to all the parties and have a good social life and a portion that do not have a very active social life at all and do not come into regular contact with many girls. Needless to say I come in that category. I'm not completely inexperienced by any means but definately want to improve.

It seems to me to be obvious that reading stuff will do absolutely nothing to benefit me on its own, whereas gaining experiance "in the field" is the only thing which will make a differance.
I guess what I really want is reassurance on what I should be getting out there and doing, and if possible some kind of target to aim for each week. I'm sure I'm not the only person in my position.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Go out and approach. Get your act together and make friends with the more social people from your school and get yourself invited to parties.

Apparently you already know more than 95% of people on this forum. Just talk to girls. Alot. See what works. And every now and then browse SoSuave.

And if you haven't already, read the bible.
