adn i have looked into ninjitsu stuff and all it really is is a bunch of martial arts combined, kinda like mma but in the old school they were assasins and knew some cool tricks

Not to disrespect you Powerlifter, but in my opinion if take a class called "Karate/Kung Fu" it's the same as if you go to a restaurant called "Asia Wok Cafe". You get some strange mix that tastes ok, but you have no idea what you're actually eating, or where it came from.

A good clean style to look into would be Hikuta. It's originally derived from anicient egypt and was used by Pharoah's bodyguards.
