What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

exrx.net is useful as a compendium of exercises, though you shouldn't take the animated demonstrations too literally.

I keep hearing people say to stay away from Bodybuilding.com without giving any reasons. I've used the site for supplements and general nutrition articles for years without any problems. Actually, much of the good advice that's given in this forum can be substantiated on Bodybuilding.com.

It's a problem of sorting wheat from chaff... especially in the forums.
