i know it sucks, i know it hurts. but why are you posting here? its trouble girls like you we're trying to learn to NEXT ASAP! the only advice i have is to work on your issues, take your medication, show him more actions than just words, and maybe that will solve things!? but don't count on it, as he might already have had enough of your drama and NEXTed you. good luck.

The only thing you can do now is

a) Give him and yourself some time alone to think things through
b) Work on your issues

At this point you've blown it. If it was meant to be he will come back to you, otherwise there is nothing you can do to get him back. Either way, you will need to resolve your emotional problems before getting back into a relationship.
